Immerse yourself in the world of Pilates, movement, and brain-fit classes. This boutique studio is dedicated to deepening your mind-body connection and building a solid Pilates practice.
Private session specialties range from post-rehab, athletic conditioning, balance training, general fitness, and reducing low back pain.
If you have something specific you need to improve in your body, book a discovery call and we can set up a plan.
Classes are also offered. Classes sizes are limited to 2-3 people depending on the space needed and the topic of instruction.
